This is some automotive stunt amusement park in Brazil from what I remember. those VW Gols are RWD.

It was a publicity stunt to give a 5ft man a car his size, sadly it’s nothing more than a power wheels with a body kit as it only goes up to 17 mph.
I’m not sure if the mini version is RWD but all Gol’s have always been FWD.

The normal gol is for people at are less than 5 feet, it think you meant for a man that was less than 3feet tall.

the Gols at that stunt ‘amusement park’ have been converted to RWD iirc. always see videos of them doing donuts and stuff with them. I think its ‘Beto Carrero’ or something like that.
